What is Infrastructure?
Basically it is anything that provides services to a project that you may not see. This includes water lines, sewer lines, onsite sewage facilities (septic facilities), underground electric, piping systems, etc.
Infrastructure can also be roads, parking lots, and things of that nature.
Our firm has experience in roads, utilities, detention facilities, wastewater facilities, and related items. We are fully licensed and bonded, and can either hard bid work, or provide fee+cost schedule for work.
We can provide preliminary budget and feasibility analysis for projects, pro-forma budgets for raw land, and related items.
